Wow....serious..??

so... here i have been... working all this OT tryin to help my JOB out because they have no staff... and tonight it just so happens that i miss my bus to get to work on time... i get here 20mins late and they called my AGM talkin about where am i??! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! i just finished workin a double this mornin AND there isnt a lot of residents here and you're gonna sit there and "rat" me out??

i NEVER make a complaint when every-damn-body else is late... if anything i cover... it is raining like crazy outside... common sense didnt tell you that the FRIGGIN WEATHER might have something to do with me and my tardiness?

i really cannot tolerate ppl that try to make themselves look better at the cost of someone else on the job... this dude SLEEPS... LIGHTS OUT, SNORIN, DEAD TO THE WORLD SLEEPS... and he has the NERVE to sit there and make a complaint about some 20 mins?! i have been workin NONSTOP in this place since last saturday... and he has an issue with dealing with ONE consumer who is awake... the truth is he didnt want to deal with the other consumer that needs a lot of tending to... but how is that MY issue.. had i not been here he would have had to do his JOB... but i have to work downstairs and so now the world is coming to an end because you dont want to deal with your JOB... .....SERIOUS....?

this is the reason why i am so pissy to my coworkers... and if they wanna play.. i can play... there is no way that i can get in trouble ANYWAY because MY COUSIN is my MANAGER... but i can appreciate a smart a s s when i am with presented with one... its fun to watch them make fools of themselves... i highly DOUBT anyone here wants me to open my mouth to the manager or HER manager (who alse loves me) about the tye of shyt i see goin on here...

they are really playin with the pandora's box of this job... and if IM takin ppl down... please believe its costing you your JOB... AND YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT HIT YOU.
