Over the past year, I've seen a lot to reinforce my position that BET is too far gone in the negative to turn into a positive. We have all always thought the worst, but to actually see it in action is another thing in its entirety. The unprofessionalism, the tomfoolery, the favors, the misappropriation of resources, the bad ideas that reinforce negative stereotypes, the emasculation of men, the meetings that break down in full-fledged cursing battles, the unpaid overtime, the tears from employees scared for their underpaid and overworked positions and ultimately the unwillingness to change are all harsh realities that I've witnessed firsthand.

Anyway, I really got no respect for this dude... NOW he speaks out AFTER he loses his job? He should've spoke this loudly and defiant while on-deck instead of waiting, now it seems he was merely perpetuating the problem.

Of course, he'll further exploit his "experience" to try and profit for mad paypahz off a book, "False Revolutionary: Keep The Job Till I Got Enuff Material, Then When I'm OUT the Circle and Minus any influence whatsoever... FIGHT THE POWER"... I wonder what kinda buffoons will buy that... the same ones that buy "A Whore's True Story: What It's Like To Suck Off Rappers"? Hmmmm...

There is no need to state the obvious, we all knew what BET was a LONG time ago, this book is nothing more than a win-win situation for that station... no such thing as bad publicity. LOL, as funny as it sounds... I could see this all being a stunt. Either the BS continues, this stirs things up - ratings increase and BET probably gets a % of the cut lol OR the book hits its mark, it serves as some "wake up call" and BET creates a new show to "re-blacken" its image in a lame attempt to wash away the coontasticness that is their daily programming. I can see the tagline now "Strong. Black. Unwilling to conform to the MAN."

Either way, you cannot beat that machine... why try? Let the monkeys continue to flourish amongst the jungle in search of their naners... grown folk will be over here doing their own thing... at peace with 2012 lol. The solution here is so simple that it's sad groups of simpletons can't even figure it out. Why the FUCC are you allowing 13 yr old, -115 intellajense quotient, children of rats (who shouldn't be allowed to procreate in the first place) dictate what you televise anyway?
