Super Tuesday February 5th
King Of Kings King Of Kings is offline 02-05-2008 Rating:

Your thoughts? looks like Obama and Clinton are even and McCain is the big winner in the Republican party...

how does this go along with or against the scheme of your political vision of the future?

Remember, we still have March 5th to look forward to...

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

No idea my friend. The polls say Clinton will be a better wartime leader (eh?) and they say Obama can turn us around and unite us domesticly.

McCain is just the best option for the Republicans but he's respected by every Democrat and Independent.

I'm really not sure but I think that the dems are counting too many chickens.
The White House isn't promised to anyone yet.

Especially if this administration manages to pull off something decisive overseas which it looks like might happen.

That'll swing the conservatives back over to the republican side.

I could care less ...

I don't care too much for elections or anyone in politics for that matter.
Yea it's all good and dandy to get on television and say what it is you will do for the country when it's time for election, but the minute they get into office it seems shyt changes. They say they'll do this and that, and by the time they get into office the majority of the shyt we were convinced they would change or do never happens. If they could do one thing that is greatly needed, just lower taxes and stop spending billions of dollars on the department of defense and figure out a way to pay off the national debt of 9 trillion dollars that we are so dug into. Bring the troops home, or atleast have a time table of when they expect for a safe return.

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

Hahahaha! Twisted... how could you judge any elections? The only administration you've been old enough to vote in is Bush's...lol don't base your biases on the corruption that is the Bush administration. Many officials that have been put in office before Bush's time have made change and done great things with their administration. Don't count out your right as a citizen to use the power you have to make a difference in this country and get your voice heard... you're the reason why they have those rock the vote ads...

San, you've never been more right my friend... well maybe you have...lol but next time I make an important topic I'll put in the big booty section and put a different title on it...lol

MM... I honestly I'm 90% sure McCain is going to get the republican nominee... but I think you're right about the Democrats counting their chickens before they're hatched... it's anybodies nomination on that one... although Hillary came out on top with the delegates... Obama still has plenty of time to catch her... and he's not that far behind... plus, he won more states than she did...

things should get even more interesting from here...

Thumbs up Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

No such thing as a war run on schedule bro. Your entitled to your opinion but there's a reason that Generals disagree with that notion. I'm not aware of many Privates, PFC's, or Lances that would agree with you there. But hey, your opinion is vaulable.

Seems like you've got a few friends on here that may very well have their futures immediately decided by whomever sits in the oval office. Maybe care a little bit?

Whether or not things change will really depend on the public. Americans have a short attention span and no less then a year after 9/11 we were more worried about rising gas prices then we were angry at the folks who knocked the buildings down. Don't get me wrong, domestic issue are highly important. I'm just saying we are naturally only self-aware.

I guess I think that if we (the public) really want change then somewhere from our masses a good leader will step forward that represents that. And if this person makes it into office and the country still feels the same way change will come

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

My interest in this superbowl of elections is sooo high.

Let's say a democrat wins. That means a Woman or a Black man is president.

However I don't think Hillary can beat McCain...Not right now. And I am wondering if given the choice between Hillary or McCain if there might be a large percentage of black voters going republican.

I'm so intrigued....
(and yes i'm reading up on Obama). sleepy time.

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

good to hear! continue reading up on him... In my opinion he's the best democratic candidate we've had in a long time... if he doesn't win, I hope he runs again in the future... he's still a really young man and in time he may be even more ready by the next election... but it won't matter to me much then since I'll be living in Canada by then...

I don't think Hillary can beat McCain either... he's my republican choice anyway... funny because he was from the start... after reading up on him and his politics and what he went through while he was in the military sold me...

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

From what I was hearing.. and I’m not the most politically up to date.. Clinton was supposed to do better than she did. If that is the case, it bodes well for Obama.. I certainly hope he can continue his momentum and start killing her ass in the near future.. I like a close football game, not a close political race.
Peace Out,

Lil' Soul

Re: Super Tuesday February 5th

that is true... not too long ago she was projected to be beating him by 30% now they are dead even... with the way things are going for him, she should be worried right about now...
