Every year on this date, I proudly celebrate another year, free of all mind altering substances.
(unless you count porn)
I was an addict of the WORST variety.
Yet, I stand as proof, that drugs (and alcohol) addiction CAN BE OVERCOME.
Today, I work as a counselor helping others achieve the same freedom, I have.
If you have a family member who's "gone" on that ****, don't give up hope.
If I can do it, anyone can.
