But on some forums I see strange posts, they offer to buy some pills or something and they look very stupid. It is robots posting? I thought moderators should delete such posts. Maybe somebody will explain me what's going on? But at all it is very interesting to speak to all you people!

It is the mods' jobs to delete those type of posts and they do. It's just the robots keep re-spamming the forums not long after they're deleted from what I understand.
Oh, and congrats on your computer AND internet hook up! Your days of toiling away in the Dark Age of the Library Internet Computer Room are now a thing of the past!!

You're thinking of Latveria, a fictional nation bordering the three countries of Hungary, Romania, and Serbia.
As for the rest, I didn't think anything of it until you posted your^^question. So I did a wikipedia search for "Latvia" and the name "Ingeborga" and found some rather interesting coincidences, but nothing really spider sense worthy...and definitely not anything worth spending too much focus and energy on while I'm currently trying to bust out another comic strip for Taneish's magazine.
